Language - Joomla! 5.x • Where to report a partially missing Russian Language String?

I have a web site now with six languages on it. There is a message that I will turn off eventually but it is helpful now as I am developing. The useful language string in English says: "There are no articles in this category. If subcategories display on this page, they may have articles."

I have the same string in Spanish, French, Portuguese, Ukrainian, and Russian. In the Russian language only one of the small sentence occurs and it is different.

Spanish:
No hay artículos en esta categoría. Si se muestran las subcategorías en esta página, puede que tengan artículos.

French:
Il n'y a aucun article dans cette catégorie. Si des sous-catégories sont affichées sur cette page, elles peuvent contenir des articles.

Portuguese:
Não há artigos nesta categoria. Se subcategorias forem mostradas nesta página, elas poderão conter artigos.

Ukrainian:
У цій категорії немає статей. Якщо дочірні категорії показуються на цій сторінці, то вони можуть містити статті.

And then the much shorter string in Russian:
Нет материалов для отображения.

So it is missing the two sentences. Instead it basically says "There are no materials to display".

So, where should I go to report this?
