Templates for Joomla! 4.x • Re: Astroid template layout doesn't display

I just realized that when I look at the page where all the templates styles are shown, the Cassiopeia template has a different qualification that is always kept no matter whether it is chosen as the default template or not
Namely, the PAGES columns says that Cassiopeia while all the others are either "Non Assigned" or "Dafault for all pages" .... and assigned as being default, for some reason, doesn't let the template be used by joomla to style the page. is it possible that this has to do with Cassiopeia being "Assigned" to 14 pages? Preventing other templates to be used as default?
How can I "unassign" Cassiopeia?
