The line numbers in your stack trace correspond to J5.1 rather than J5.0.3. But the LoginHelper is a class in J5.1 and an abstract class in J5.0.3. So a mix of installation files? Can you open administrator/modules/mod_login/src/Helper/LoginHelper.php and see what the class definition says on line 28 or 29 (which is it).
