General Questions/New to Joomla! 4.x • Hostgator says no support for MySQL 8.0.13

I just got the notice that Joomla needs MySQL 8.0.13 in order to update.

I'm on a shared hosting server at HostGator and they tell me I'll have to move to a dedicated or virtual server to update at about 6X the cost (I'm paying over $200 a year now). I checked with SiteGround and got similar feedback that 5.7 was what they provide.

Any suggestions for a new shared hosting service that supports 8.0.13?
