I install updates via Upload & Install Joomla Extension (Upload Package File) on a local server. The local server (at me Xampp) is running without an internet connection. The error I reported is more like a bug in Joomla 5.1.0. I didn't have this error in all previous versions of Joomla 5. Please help me fix it.
