Please define "The password reset function has never worked"
I the reset link email didn't get received?
The link worked but kept refreshing?
The screen froze
The computer blew up

Thanks for the response. To clarify, currently there are 2 conditions. If we have invisible captcha enabled, it gives an error saying captcha cannot be empty when using the option "forgot your password?".
2: if captcha is disabled and you click on "forgot your password?" it says "if the account exists, a code has been sent to the email." However, no email is ever received.
