I've recently upgraded a site from 3 to 5. The password reset function has never worked.
I've researched solutions here on Joomla.org and have been unsuccessful in finding a working solution.
I've tried the error reporting, logs, etc. Everything I could find.
Another issue is that Joomla 5 doesn't come with regular captcha, only invisible, which doesn't seem to work with password reset. Turning it off and trying to reset doesn't work. And no, it's not an administrator account we're resetting.
Please help.
