Was the production site still using PHP 5.6? If you are restoring the localhost Joomla 5 site into the same domain, it would not work without selecting PHP 8.2 first from cPanel or a similar page, provided by your host.the screen where it shows the properties of the server, it says I am restoring to a PHP 5.6.X version but I know that our hosting has 8.2 version.
