I suspect it's your template causing the problem. Flex (4.1) or flex-copy (2.5.2).
Can you confirm the "Flex" template is this one: https://themeforest.net/item/flex-multi ... e/14881156?
I'd suggest to switch the template to Protostar while doing the upgrade. Then re-enable Flex afterwards - and make sure you have the latest available edition. I note on the above link the last update to Flex was June 2024 so it "should" be OK and says it's compatible with J4/J5.
The FPA indicates your database may be Ok (Maria 10.6.19).
So there's some server issues I see that will prevent this update as well as the template issue. Probably has nothing to do with Ajax (or that is not the only problem). Joomla 3.10 should take you through a pre-update check and flag all these sorts of issues.

You're still on PHP 7.4.33 - that is an obsolete PHP version. Suggest you update PHP to at least 8.1. That is the minimum version recommended for J4. (3.10 won't likely work on anything higher such as 8.2 or 8.3).Templates :: Site :: atomic (2.5.0) ? | protostar (1.0) 1 | beez5 (2.5.0) ? | beez3 (3.1.0) 1 | Flex (4.1) 1 | flex-copy (2.5.2) 1 | beez_20 (2.5.0) ? |
